WELCOME |
| Welcome to the Eastern Cape - South Africa's favourite holiday destination
The Eastern Cape is as diverse as the people of South Africa. Attracting international tourists with the best Game Lodges, Beach Resorts and Golf Courses.
Known for it's citrus exports from areas such as Sunlands, Kirkwood and the Gamtoos, motor vehicle exports from both Port Elizabeth and Uitenhage, the eastern cape can never be boring.
You can spend a day with the elephants at Addo or go skiing down a sand dune. Whatever takes your fancy, we have it in the Eastern Cape.
The lifestyle in the Eastern Cape is different in that it is slower, we get everything done here, just in our own time. Life is definately more laid back even when things get hectic.
Even though the lifestyle is slower you are never too far away from anything and there is always a friendly face to greet you.

NATURE |
The Eastern Cape vegetation can look quite sparse in certain areas, but that is what adds to it's beauty. From the Northern areas in the Karoo with the formidable Valley of Desolation down to the Coastal areas with indiginous forests and dune fields.
The bright orange and red aloes and the thorny prickly pear plants. All make up the glorious Eastern Cape.
Even though the vegetation looks bare most of the year, it all changes when the rains arrive and the Eastern Cape starts too bloom. |

GAME PARKS |
| The one thing the Eastern Cape has plenty of is Game Parks and Nature Reserves.
There are Game Parks where you can overnight, and some where you go for a day trip.
You don't have to travel very far to find a place to view some animals. No matter where in the Eastern Cape you are.
One of the most well known parks is the Addo Elephant National Park. You can read more about Addo here.
