 Grahamstown is known for it's anual Arts Festival. People travel from all around South Africa to attend this annual festival.
This small city is known for it's many historical buildings and the beautiful Cathedral. The buildings are being maintained for their historical value and beauty. It is worth making the effort to visit Grahamstown.
The exquisitly detailed work on these buildings shows much care and a good quality of craftmanship so typical of the time in which these buildings were designed and built.
 Today they are painted a bit brighter than when they were originally built and are real eye candy in the streets of Grahamstown.
