The Drostdy Museum in Caledon Street has a lot of historical information about the Uitenhage area, the industries and many old items from way back when.
There are many interesting displays and it is always interesting.
Information about Goodyear and the first tyre manufactured can be found in the museum.
VW Autopavilion
 See the past, present and future of Volkswagen and Audi. Displays are updated regularly so you won't just visit once.
Plenty of interactive displays that will impress the young and young at heart.
You might just get to see Herbie there.
This is also the starting point for the annual Volkswagen Rally in July each year.
